Clause 1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jaya46", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the jaya46 platform at jaya46.app.
• "Platform" means the jaya46 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services accessible at jaya46.app, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a jaya46 account or who accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal jaya46 account registered by a Player.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits that have not yet met their wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive issued by jaya46 to a Player's Account subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed by a Player on any product available through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process conducted by jaya46 in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.
• "IDR" and "Rp" refer to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency of the Platform.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to all Platform timestamps, draw schedules, and support operating hours.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling is restricted or prohibited by applicable local law.

Clause 2 Eligibility

Use of the jaya46 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis for the duration of your Account:

1. Age. You must be at least 21 years of age. jaya46 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by persons under 21. Age verification documents may be requested at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any Balance held in that Account will be forfeited.
2. Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia. You must not access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing jaya46 complies with local laws applicable to you.
3. Legal capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
4. Not a problem gambler under self-exclusion. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with jaya46 or any other gambling operator at the time of registration or ongoing use.
5. Not a jaya46 employee or affiliate. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of jaya46 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Player Account.

Clause 3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of jaya46 products and services, you must register an Account via the jaya46 Login page. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. jaya46 uses automated and manual checks — including device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, payment method matching, and identity document cross-referencing — to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be suspended, Balances forfeited, and the individual permanently banned from the Platform.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must notify jaya46 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jaya46 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. jaya46 may at any time require you to re-confirm or re-verify the accuracy of your Account information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

Clause 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jaya46 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jaya46 does not charge processing fees on any deposit or withdrawal. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside jaya46's control and are your responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 via e-wallet and Rp 25.000 via bank transfer. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, however jaya46 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence measures for single deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000 or cumulative daily deposits exceeding Rp 100.000.000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed as follows:

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically settled within 2 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): typically settled within 30 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday–Saturday). Transfers submitted outside banking hours are processed on the next available banking window.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. jaya46 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further verification, including withdrawals flagged by automated risk systems.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a general anti-money-laundering principle, jaya46 will endeavour to return withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. Where this is not technically possible, jaya46 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.

4.5 Currency and Conversion

The Platform operates exclusively in IDR. jaya46 does not offer currency conversion and will not process deposits or withdrawals in any currency other than Indonesian Rupiah.

Clause 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by jaya46 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit are stated in each promotion's dedicated terms. Placing bets on excluded games or below minimum odds will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jaya46 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine play intent; colluding with other players to generate artificial turnover; and any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers. jaya46 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire at the end of the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings accrued from expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the Account Balance without notice.

Clause 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook bets — including pre-match, in-play, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulators), and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are subject to jaya46's Sportsbook Rules as published on the Sportsbook page. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, jaya46 reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with its published event rules, which may include voiding the relevant selection or settling on the result at the time of interruption depending on the type of market.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino products operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed studios are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round, the studio's published disconnection policy applies. jaya46 does not override studio-level decisions on round outcomes.

6.3 Slot Games

Slot games available through the Slots section are provided by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage, volatility, and rules are available within the game's information panel. jaya46 does not alter RTP settings from those certified by the issuing studio.

6.4 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on the jaya46 Platform are sourced from official draw outcomes published by the relevant lottery authority. Bet acceptance cut-off times are displayed within the Togel Singapore section. Bets placed after cut-off will be automatically rejected. Payouts are calculated according to the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted and credited automatically following draw result confirmation.

6.5 Bet Void and Error

jaya46 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to: incorrect odds caused by a system or human error; odds offered on a market that had already closed; and bets placed in violation of these Terms. Where a void is applied, the original stake is returned to the Account Balance. jaya46 will not be liable for losses suffered as a consequence of a player continuing to bet while being aware of an error in odds or market data.

Clause 7 KYC & Verification

jaya46 is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. Accordingly:

• All Players must complete basic identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, or passport for non-Indonesian passport holders) and, where required, proof of residential address.
• jaya46 may at any time request enhanced due-diligence documentation, including proof of source of funds, for Players whose account activity triggers risk thresholds.
• Verification documents must be submitted in clear, unedited digital format. Altered, obscured, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate permanent Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
• jaya46 processes KYC documents securely and retains them in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and AML compliance purposes.
• Players who decline to complete KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 90 days following a verification request may be closed by jaya46, with any Balance returned to the Player's last-used deposit method after deducting any applicable administrative costs.

Clause 8 Responsible Gaming

jaya46 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The full scope of jaya46's responsible gaming programme is set out in the Responsible Gaming Policy. Key provisions include:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that trigger a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined time period. Once reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Cool-off periods: Players may suspend their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks from the Account dashboard. During a cool-off period, the Account cannot be accessed and no bets can be placed.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from jaya46 must contact the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and cannot be lifted at the Player's request during that period.

Clause 9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by jaya46

jaya46 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that: the Account was registered using false information; the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; KYC verification has not been completed as required; or the Account poses a money-laundering or fraud risk.

9.2 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, jaya46 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance, void any pending bets, and cancel any bonus credits. Where closure results from a Player's voluntary request (not related to a breach), any real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

9.3 Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their Account for any reason may do so by contacting [email protected]. All withdrawal requests outstanding at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Clause 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jaya46 Platform — including but not limited to the jaya46 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of jaya46 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jaya46.

Clause 11 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• jaya46 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jaya46 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• jaya46 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• jaya46's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jaya46's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
• jaya46 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, network failures, telecommunications outages, government actions, or payment system downtime.

Clause 12 Privacy

jaya46 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jaya46 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform, the processing of payments, and the fulfilment of legal obligations.

Clause 13 Amendments

jaya46 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to the address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 9.3.

Clause 14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which jaya46 holds its licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jaya46's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Participation in arbitration does not affect any statutory rights you may hold under Indonesian consumer law to the extent those rights cannot be contractually waived.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to constitute an offer or solicitation to any person in any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
